Strong sense of duty Sergeant Major of the Crossbell Guardian Force and member of the Special Support Section comes to the aid and fought alongside SSS in Cult Incident and then decided to join the Special Support Section on leave from the CGF. She seem to proficiency in driving vehicles and was designated the SSS official team driver when they received their official police vehicle.

Upon the declaration of Crossbell's independence, Noel returned to the CGF, now newly christened as the Crossbell Defense Force as a second lieutenant and reluctant force to arrest SSS due to martial law. Then she rejoin SSS as punishment from her commander after losing to a one-on-one fight with Lloyd.

In 1206 Crossbell's liberty under Imperial annexation. She fought as insurgency in Operation: Birdcage forces along with the rest of the CPD and CGF to liberate the city from Governor General Rufus Albarea's.
