Alfin Reise Arnor from The legend of heroes.

She's the Princess of Erebonia that attends St. Astraia Girls' School, where she became best friends with Elise Schwarzer then enthusiastically greets Rean with mischievous, angelic, young maiden who owns a truly kind heart alongside with Musse that make our teach Rean feel very uncomfortable sometime.  After the end of the Great War, Alfin worked alongside Olivert to restore the public's trust to the royal family.
